GEAR HAUS has the right to change and edit terms and conditions at any time. Consignor Earnings The consignor earns 40%-50% commission on items that sell. An extra 10% of the consignor’s commission can be earned if used as store credit for in-store purchases. Consignment Period The consignment period is seasonal. Winter items expire March 15th and Spring/Summer items expire October 1st. If an item does not sell during the consignment period, the consignor has 7 days to pick up unsold items before they are donated or become store inventory. Payment Consignor may select store credit or direct payment of earned commissions. Store credit is available immediately after consignor’s item(s) sell. Consignor can check account balances online through our Consigner Portal Payouts are sent on or around the the 15th of the month, continent upon your account balance being $22.00 or more or if all your items have sold. There is a $2.00 payout fee. Payments expire 90 days from the date of issue. Expired payments cannot be re-issued and may only be redeemed as store credit upon request and management approval. The Consignor is responsible for informing GEAR HAUS of updated email address and phone contact information. Pricing GEAR HAUS will price items based on condition, demand, sales history, and original MSRP. GEAR HAUS reserves the right to apply discounts to items at anytime. Any item valued at $20 retail price or less will not be eligible for consignment and accepted as donation only. Acceptable Items GEAR HAUS will accept items for consignment based on condition, season, brand, and existing inventory. Dirty or damaged items will not be accepted for consignment.
